HelpGizmo has revolutionized how we use documentation to help our customers. The widget allows me to serve up content from within our web application, which means I can recommend articles based on where customers are in the web application. The switch over to HelpGizmo was FAST; depending on your content you should be able to go live with a public site in a day.
