getMetrics provides metrics for your Stripe account and makes it very easy to setup notifications for important Stripe events.
The service connects to your Stripe account via 'Stripe connect'. Every time new events occur, for example when a customer has paid an invoice we'll send you an instant notification by email. Additionally we calculate important metrics like your net revenue from your stripe transactions and offer a dashboard and detail pages to analyze this data.
Currently the following metrics are available:
- Net Revenue
- Successful charges
- Failed charges
- Disputed payments
- Dispute rate
- New customers
Subscription based metrics like monthly recurring revenue (MRR), customer lifetime value (CLTV), churn rate, average revenue per user (ARPU) etc. will be available very soon!
getMetrics can send instant notifications about events in your stripe account right when they happen. Stripe does this already for some events but you have a very limited set of options to customize this notifications. With getMetrics you can choose which notification should be sent to which email address. On our homepage you can see the full list of possible notification options. You can setup as many notification addresses as you need. So it's possible that you send - for example - all negative events like failed or disputed payments to your ticket system or issue tracker to make sure someone takes care of them.
